Living in southern Denton County, like Lewisville, Highland Village, and Flower Mound? If you do, you just know it’s almost impossible to avoid the hassle on Interstate 35E.

Or is it?

Whether you’re traveling to Dallas for work or pleasure, the ride on I-35E means you’re at stop-and-go speeds while hearing non-stop honks of other drivers.

And get this, the next three to four years will see additional construction projects popping up along Interstate-35E from the Carrollton/Farmers Branch area up through Lewisville, including the Main Street, Business Highway 121 and Corporate Drive interchanges. Even more construction is planned for the next decade-plus and will eventually reach the north side of Denton at U.S. Highway 380.

The A-train from Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) is your solution. The A-train runs between downtown Denton and Carrollton with connections to Dallas using DART light rail service to downtown and beyond.

Commuting on the A-train can make traffic challenges vanish as you ride in style and comfort.
